Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death was revealed weeks after he died on July 22 at 76-years-old. In the years leading up to his passing, Ozzy had publicly battled several health issues but was determined to perform at Villa Park for his final Black Sabbath gig, which took place just days before he died.
His death certificate showed that the Prince of Darkness suffered an-out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction (joint causes). His profession was noted as "rock legend, songwriter and performer."
