For the first two years at UConn, Paige Bueckers felt like a ‘what if’ talent. Bueckers showed off her immense ability early in her career, but then the injuries made life difficult. Within a year, she had a left knee tibial plateau fracture with a lateral meniscus tear and an ACL tear. Despite those adversities, Bueckers returned with a bang for her final two seasons. She performed at All-American levels and capped her college career with a National Championship, something she celebrated recently.
