In a significant development for multiple high-profile investigations, Anmol Bishnoi, a key conspirator in the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui and a central figure in the Lawrence Bishnoi organized crime syndicate, is being extradited from the United States, agencies sources said on Tuesday.

According to the sources, the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) formally notified the family of the slain NCP leader on Tuesday, confirming that Bishnoi was removed from American territory on November 18. This move paves the way for Indian enforcement agencies to begin the formal process of taking him into custody for extradition.
