It’s now 29 straight in meetings with compatriots — and counting — with superstar Rachel Homan and her Ottawa rinkmates committed to celebrate stretching that out in the coming days with the Olympic stage next in their sights.
“Right now, it’s not the time to celebrate,” an all-business Homan said after one of four big-stage victories to start the 2025-26 curling campaign. “It’s time to keep working hard.
“Our goal is the Olympic trials.”
Those begin Saturday in Halifax, N.S., where only the winner earns the right to represent Canada in women’s team curling at the 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
