After undergoing further medical checks on Monday, the doctors delivered the best possible outcome: He will not need surgery. He is reportedly pushing hard to play in this Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears. NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero shared the update on his X account , noting;

“ Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers underwent further tests Monday that confirmed he won’t need surgery on his fractured left wrist, sources tell me and @RapSheet . Rodgers is pushing to play Sunday at Chicago. But doctors must clear him and his status moving forward is TBD.”
