CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Former West Virginia Senate President Craig Blair has a new role with West Virginians for Reliable & Affordable Energy, a coalition focused on strengthening the state’s electric grid.

Blair, who was Senate president from 2021 until January, will serve as the group's executive director, according to a press release.

“Our electric transmission grid is becoming unreliable and unable to support growth for West Virginia families, workers, business and manufacturing," Blair said.
