CANTON, Ohio (WOIO) - The Stark County Sheriff’s Office shared Tuesday that the Stark County Dog Warden is still operating at above capacity.

On Oct. 31, the sheriff’s office shared that the dog warden was at critical capacity.

In a Facebook post shared Tuesday, the sheriff’s office gave thanks to all who helped donate and adopt.

“However, the reality is, for every dog adopted, we’ve brought in another stray,” the Stark County Sheriff’s Office stated. “We’re still operating above capacity, and our small team and incredible volunteers are doing everything they can to keep tails wagging and spirits high.”
