The deadline to file a claim in part of a massive $177 million data breach settlement is fast approaching, and filers only have about a month left to join before it’s too late.

The settlement stems from a couple of AT&T data breaches which occurred within months of each other in 2024.

The first incident occurred in March 2024 and leaked addresses, date of births, billing account numbers, passcodes and even Social Security numbers of 7.6 million current customers as well as 65.4 million former customers.

According to the data settlement website , the information was released on the “dark web.”

The second occurred in July 2024 and exposed call and text records of about 110 million AT&T customers between 2022 and 2023.
