WARREN - Bond has been set for a Warren man who was recently indicted in connection with two drug-related deaths in Trumbull County.
According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, bond for 29-year-old Lewis Powell was set at $100,000 during an arraignment hearing on Tuesday, November 18.
Powell was secretly indicted on several felonies, including two counts each of involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, possession of a fentanyl related compound, as well as one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.
According to an indictment filed on November 14, the charges were filed in connection with the overdose deaths of Keyatta Riley and Craig Freeman in May of 2023.
Powell is accused of providing the drugs to Riley and Freeman.
