The National Hockey League has accused Nick Cousins of being a diver.
The NHL’s department of hockey operations announced on Tuesday that the Ottawa Senators winger has been fined at $2,000 US for embellishment.

The league said it warned Cousins the first time, but the fine was imposed because there was a second incident.
Cousins will do anything he can to get under the skin of the opposition and he likely was just trying to get a call.
“Cousins was issued a warning following an incident flagged by hockey operations at Washington on Oct. 25,” the league said in a statement on Tuesday.
