In Emily Blunt ’s household, one movie role stands out from the rest.

The Devil Wears Prada star revealed what her and John Krasinski ’s daughters Hazel , 11, and Violet , 9, think of her performance as senior assistant Emily Charlton in the 2006 comedy, noting that they’ve deemed it a highlight from her filmography.

“It’s the only one they care about,” she exclusively told E! News at ELLE's 2025 Women in Hollywood Celebration in Los Angeles Nov. 17. “They think I’m the meanest person on earth—which I am in [the movie].”
