Jammu, Nov 18: Commissioner Secretary, Social Welfare department (SWD), Sarmad Hafeez addressed a grand event at Convention Centre here on Tuesday held to commemorate the 5th Anniversary of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA), the nationwide campaign aimed at creating awareness against drug abuse and promoting a healthy, drug-free society. The event was organised by the Directorate of Social Welfare, Jammu.

Addressing the gathering, the Commissioner Secretary highlighted the significance of the Abhiyan in creating awareness against substance abuse and promoting a healthy, drug-free society. He emphasised the collective responsibility of government departments, civil society, educational institutions and youth organisations in sustaining the momentum of the campaign.
