The Hinterland Music Festival's 11th edition, which will expand to four days in 2026, has unveiled a splashy lineup for next summer.
Taking place from July 30 to Aug. 2, Hinterland will be headlined by Katseye, Lorde, Mumford & Sons, and Kali Uchis, with plenty of notable performers hitting the Saint Charles, Iowa, stage earlier in the day.
When it started, Hinterland went in hard on roots music and indie rock, but has evolved into a broader roster that has continued to bring in big-name performers. In 2025, it lined up Lana Del Rey, Kacey Musgraves, and Tyler, the Creator as headliners.
The expansion to four days hasn't diluted the bookings. On opening day, Katseye will be preceded by beabadoobee, Ashnikko, Audrey Nuna, Jane Remover, Frost Children, and the Twin Cities-based Porch Ligh
