It will cost more to ride city buses in the new year if city council approves in future a recommendation made by Belleville’s Transit Operations Advisory Committee on Monday.
Ridership fares at present of $3.25 will jump to $4 and regular monthly passes are set to jump from $80 to $85 if council likes the recommendation at its next meeting.
