Justice Canady, 'Voice Of The Conservative Wing,' to Step Down From Florida Supreme Court

"I will always deeply value my years on the Court. But the time has come to move on to another position of public service,” Justice Charles Canady said in a statement released by the Supreme Court of Florida.
