The Washington Commanders have signed kicker Jake Moody from the Chicago Bears' practice squad.

Moody, a third-round pick by the San Francisco 49ers in 2023, has appeared in 34 games during his five-year career. He last kicked for the Chicago Bears in Week 7 earlier this year.

He has made 54 field goals on 71 attempts and 97 extra points. He has made 35 of his 38 attempts from 39 yards and closer.

Moody, who played five seasons at Michigan, led the Big Ten in 2022 with 147 points and has 355 for his career -- the all-time school record.
