Jammu, Nov 18: The recent assembly by-elections in Budgam and Nagrota have once again underscored the rapidly changing political landscape in Jammu & Kashmir, the Bharatiya Janaata Party (BJP) said on Tuesday.

“With the PDP clinching the Budgam seat, causing a significant setback to the National Conference (NC), and the BJP decisively retaining its stronghold in Nagrota, the people of J&K have delivered a clear message: the era of dynastic dominance is coming to an end,” the party said in a statement issued here.
