KINGSTON, N.Y. — City Corporation Counsel Barbara Graves-Poller alleges a law firm representing developer Neil Bender’s firm, William Gottlieb Real Estate, engaged in conduct intended to “frighten and intimidate a government employee” after an employee of a private-security firm delivered case papers to her home last Friday.
“Sending a private investigator to my home after receiving the City’s response to effectuated service constituted vexatious conduct, an action seemingly intended to frighten and intimidate a government employee,” Graves-Poller said in an email to the Freeman on Tuesday, Nov. 18.
