UPS Airlines President Bill Moore addressed the Louisville community during Mayor Craig Greenberg's Nov. 18 news conference, marking the first time he has spoken publicly since the Nov. 4 UPS crash that killed 14 people and injured more than a dozen.

Moore said the company's airline incident response team is still working together with the National Transportation Safety Board to investigate the crash, but the company's "first priority" remains ensuring for the care of the victims' families.

"My words cannot describe how painful it has been over the last two weeks," Moore said. "I can only imagine how challenging it's been for the families of the victims."
