Zillow says more than 38% of St. Louis homes have lost value

More than a third of homes in the St. Louis metro area have lost value over the past year, according to new research from Zillow. Despite this, only 2.8% of new listings in St. Louis are priced below they were previously sold for, so most homeowners aren't selling for a loss.
