SYLVANIA – Maddie Clanton delivered 18 points and 12 rebounds in leading the Sand Rock Lady Wildcats to a 63-56 basketball win at Sylvania on Tuesday.

Molly Grace Lay added 12 points for the Lady Wildcats (2-1), including a perfect 10-of-10 performance from the free-throw line. Macey Pruitt posted 11 points and seven rebounds. Megan Smith managed 10 points and six rebounds.

Paitlyn Hughes had seven points. Kaylee Burns finished with five points.

Sand Rock hosts West End on Friday.
