Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar ‘crosses limits of cheapness,’ says Dhruv Rathee: Aditya Dhar ‘driven by lust of money, trailer like watching ISIS beheadings’

YouTube creator Dhruv Rathee has taken a sharp jab against filmmaker Aditya Dhar’s upcoming directorial Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh. The creator, who mostly makes informative videos about current affairs and historical topics, took to his social media and attacked Dhar for the way violence has been depicted in the trailer for the film.

Rathee shared his displeasure through a post on X (formerly Twitter) and accused Dhar of normalising violence and poisoning the minds of youngsters. He wrote, “Aditya Dhar has truly crossed a limit of cheapness in Bollywood. The extreme violence, gore and torture shown in his latest film trailer is the equivalent of watching ISIS beheadings and calling it ‘entertainment’.
