A local electric vehicle retailer is putting the pedal to the metal on reconditioning services with a newly leased facility.
Recharged, which sells used electric and hybrid vehicles from its West Broad Street store and online, is set to open a vehicle reconditioning and servicing hub at 908 Southlake Blvd. in Chesterfield County.
The roughly 7,000-square-foot building will allow Recharged to bring reconditioning in-house, rather than relying on outside vendors.
Recharged co-founder John Foley said that creating a location specifically for reconditioning has been a goal for the company since its founding two years ago.
