Hours ahead of Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin accused the union BJP government of deliberately blocking the metro rail projects for Coimbatore and Madurai, saying that the “state will fight to win.”
