The City of Belmont’s rangers have been recognised as the best in the State, taking out the 2025 WA Ranger Team of the Year Award.

The award presented by the WA Rangers Association celebrates excellence in local ranger services and applauds Belmont’s team for their innovation, care and strong connection with the community.

City of Belmont mayor Robert Rossi said the win was a reflection of the rangers’ commitment to listening and responding to residents’ needs.

“Our community wanted a stronger, more responsive service and that’s exactly what our rangers have worked hard to deliver,” Mr Rossi said.

“They’re out there every day, listening, lending a hand and going the extra mile for people. This recognition shows the value of that effort and the difference it makes for our residents.”
