LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Louisville Metro Housing Authority Board of Commissioners has approved a new collective bargaining agreement that expands the agency’s efforts to support its maintenance workforce.

The contract, negotiated by both sides and ratified by union members earlier this month, outlines several updates aimed at improving stability and services for residents. LMHA leaders said the agreement reflects the agency’s ongoing investment in employees who help maintain housing across the city.
