Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Police has filed multiple serious charges against ‘ iBomma ’ founder and administrator Immadi Ravi, who was arrested recently in connection with a large-scale digital piracy of films. If found guilty he may face a jail term anywhere between 3 to 7 years.
The case includes sections 66C and 66E under the IT Act, section 318(4) / 3(5) of the BNS and sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act.
