Mumbai: A massive fire broke out on Wednesday, November 19, at the Mubarak building in Kurla West, reportedly triggered by a gas pipeline burst. Videos circulating on social media captured thick envelope of black smoke engulfed the area as flames spread rapidly.
The fire started at 1.20 pm on the ground floor shop of the four storey residential building near the LIG Colony in Vinoba Bhave Nagar.

PTI report stated that at least four fire engines and other firefighting vehicles were sent to the spot. Staff from the Mahanagar Gas Limited, 108 ambulance service and local ward office were also deployed at the scene, civic officials said as reported by PTI . Read Also Mumbai Chills! City
