A has been discovered dead at a property in North Wales, according to police. On Saturday morning, officers were sent to a house in Ruthin following reports of concern for a man's safety.

Emergency services, including police and paramedics, descended on the Well Street area, with reports suggesting that the road was temporarily closed while they attended to the situation. The coroner has been notified and police have stated there are no suspicious circumstances.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "Shortly after 9.40am on Saturday, 15 November, we received a report concerning the safety of a man in Ruthin.
