NORTH PROVIDENCE – Planning Board members expressed great skepticism last week about a plan to subdivide a lot containing a drainage pond servicing a development in neighboring Lincoln.

Applicant Hovanes Emdjian, of abutting 4 Stephanie Drive in Lincoln, is seeking unified development plan review consisting of preliminary plan review for a two-lot minor subdivision at 0 Manchester Farm Road, where two homes would be built.

He’s proposing no street creation, but is asking for two lot frontage variances, one being for 60 feet for the proposed lot to the west, and 48 feet for the proposed lot to the east.
