WASHINGTON – The Washington City Council met November 18th for the regular meeting. The meeting started late due to discussion on a police event that happened recently. The last meeting’s minutes were approved, then the financial statement was discussed. There was a passed motion to accept the financial statement. There were no dogs reported caught.
Dwayne Rowe was present to present the board with an ordinance that would prevent people owning vicious tempered dogs from living in the city limits. He said that the city of Prescott has instituted this ordinance. When the dog is walked, there needs to be a leash and a muzzle.
