SUFFOLK, Va. — Police in Suffolk are looking for a man who allegedly shot at another vehicle earlier this month.

Police said the shooting happened on November 12 on the College Drive overpass that goes over Interstate 664. The victim, who was not hurt, told investigators that they knew the shooting suspect.

Two days later, police said they spotted a vehicle with the suspect, 18-year-old Jacob Harris of Murfreesboro, North Carolina, inside it. Officers attempted a traffic stop, but the vehicle drove off at a high rate of speed.

No one was hurt in either incident.

Harris is now wanted for the following charges:

Elude police (two counts)

Assault on a law enforcement officer

Obstruction of justice

Reckless driving speed (two counts)

Reckless driving general (two counts)

Reckless driv
