Canadian wheat growers produced a quality wheat crop with above-average volumes and yields in 2025.

The annual New Wheat Crop Report by Cereals Canada included information on milling performance, flour/semolina quality and end-product functionality for Canada’s 2025 wheat crop. Cereals Canada chief executive officer Dean Dias said Canada has produced another high-quality wheat crop with good functionality.

“Canada is on track to be the third-largest wheat exporter and number-one exporter of high-quality, high-protein wheat,” Dias said.
