Learning how to make candy has become the new reality for a Bunbury family as they gear up to take ownership of the beloved South West sweets shop Taffys.
After 22 years in charge, owner of the iconic store Sam Morris will be handing over the reins to Paula Dennison and Kane Buffham.
They will be joined in the family business by 15 year old Dusty Buffham whose dream of working in a chocolate and candy shop has come true.
It’s a change of scenery for the local family who have a business in the transport industry, which they will continue to run alongside catering to the chocolate and taffy needs of those in the South West.
Ms Dennison said the family found out the business was for sale after a trip to the store to buy some of its iconic salt water taffy.
Although it would be a learning
