Brian Harmon reacts to his tee shot on the 10th tee during the second round of the Wyndham Championship golf tournament in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The PGA Tour puts a bow on the 2025 season this week with the RSM Classic at Sea Island Golf Club in Saint Simons Island, Georgia. The first round of the season finale begins on Thursday morning. Below, we search for the best value prop bets for the 2025 RSM Classic from BetMGM Sportsbook's odds and make our PGA Tour picks and predictions.

Some of the marquee players teeing it up this week include the betting favorite, Harris English (+2200), Michael Thorbjornsen (+2500) and Si Woo Kim (+2500). Georgia native Brian Harman is also in the field and among the favorites at +2800. The last 2 champions here, Maverick McNealy and Ludvig Aberg, are not in the field, but 2022 champion Adam Svensson (+9000) is teeing it up.

Players will take on 2 different courses at Sea Island Golf Club: the Seaside (7,005 yards, par 70) and Plantation (7,060 yards, par 72). Both courses will be used on Thursday and Friday, with the final 2 rounds being contested on the Seaside course. The Seaside course is a links-style layout along the ocean, while the Plantation course is lined with water hazards and trees, forcing players to be accurate off the tee.

RSM Classic – Top-5 picks

Odds provided by BetMGM Sportsbook; access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list. Lines last updated Wednesday at 11:43 a.m. ET.

Brian Harman (+550)

Harman has only missed the cut once here since 2017, finishing as high as second in 2022 and fourth in 2017. He's familiar with the area and always has this tournament on his schedule, so he's gotten to know both courses well over the years.

Michael Thorbjornsen (+500)

Thorbjornsen finished eighth in his debut here last year and has been playing well all throughout the fall, with his best showing being a third-place finish at the Baycurrent Classic. This could be a perfect spot for him to cap off the year with a high finish in Georgia.

RSM Classic: Best outright winner bets

RSM Classic – Top-10 picks

Mackenzie Hughes (+450)

Hughes has had some close calls here in recent years, finishing fifth last year and second in both 2023 and 2021. He won the event back in 2016, as well, showing he can navigate these shorter courses and take advantage of the scoring opportunities.

Nico Echavarria (+400)

Echavarria was the runner-up here last year after coming in 44th in 2023 and missing the cut in 2022. He excels on seaside courses where wind is a factor, so he should play well once again this week.

J.T. Poston (+300)

Poston is an excellent putter, which will certainly be a factor at an event where scores should be low. He came in fifth last year and 21st in 2022, using his accuracy off the tee and deadly putting to his advantage at a venue with 2 short courses.

RSM Classic – Top-20 picks

Taylor Montgomery (+450)

Montgomery hasn't finished worse than 42nd in 3 starts at this event, with his best showing coming in 2022 when he came in eighth. He had a sixth-place finish this fall at the Sanderson Farms Championship and has been in good form.

Greyson Sigg (+350)

Sigg has notched top-20 finishes in 2 of his last 3 starts here, coming in eighth and 15th in 2023 and 2022. He'll try to play the weekend this time around after missing the cut in 2024.

RSM Classic – Matchups

Suggested play is golfer in bold.

Denny McCarthy (-105) vs. Rico Hoey (-118)

McCarthy has an excellent resume at this event, coming in 25th, fifth, 46th and 10th in the last four years, with an eighth-place showing in 2019. With his course experience and driving prowess, he shouldn't be an underdog to Hoey.

RSM Classic – Top Canadian

Mackenzie Hughes (+188)

For all the reasons listed above, we like Hughes to finish as the top Canadian over past champion Svensson (+275) and others.

RSM Classic – First-round leader (Seaside)

Brian Harman (+2000)

Harman starts on the Seaside course, which is shorter and plays more toward his game. With all his course knowledge and impressive putting historically, he could heat up in a hurry on Thursday.

RSM Classic – First-round leader (Plantation)

Thorbjornsen Olesen (+2500)

Olesen ranks sixth on the PGA Tour in first-round scoring average this year at 68.77. Though he's never played this event before, he's a worthy dart throw for a first-round leader given his history of starting strongly.
