GUNTHER successfully made his anticipated return to action and advanced in the ongoing John Cena "Last Time Is Now" tournament. On Raw this past Monday, the Austrian star defeated NXT talent Je’Von Evans in a first-round match.

The winner of the entire tournament will earn the right to face Cena in his final match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13. With his win, GUNTHER officially joins the quarter-final stage of the competition.

He currently joins fellow stars Jey Uso, LA Knight, Solo Sikoa, Sheamus, and Rusev, all of whom have won their respective first-round matches. The remaining first-round matches that have yet to take place are scheduled to feature Carmelo Hayes vs Bronson Reed and Finn Balor vs Penta.
