FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas State Police have arrested an Elkins man in connection with negligent homicide related to a crash on U.S. 412 in April.
Caleb Fouts, 21, of Ball Road in Elkins, was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of negligent homicide. Fouts remained at the Washington County Detention Center Wednesday in lieu of $25,000 bond.
According to a probable cause affidavit, a State Trooper was dispatched April 12 to a two vehicle crash involving two people on a motorcycle.
According to the affidavit, the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on U.S. 412 when the it made contact with the left rear of Fouts' vehicle in the left lane.
