BENGALURU: The Education Department has offered foreign trips to DDPIs, BEOs, head teachers and principals to increase enrollment in government schools. If enrollment rises in Karnataka Public Schools and government schools, foreign travel offer will be made available to the officials.

The Education Department has already launched the enrolment campaign for the 2026‑27 academic year. It is offering foreign trips in order to boost enrollment. The department set a target to increase enrollment by 25 pc in KPS (Karnataka Public Schools) and by 15 pc in other schools and colleges for the year 2026‑27: .
