Chelsea goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen could leave the club in January, talkSPORT understands.

The Danish shot-stopper moved to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2024 in what was one of Enzo Maresca’s first signings as Chelsea boss.

The Blues paid Villarreal £21million for his services with Jorgensen expected to challenge Robert Sanchez for the No.1 spot.

Jorgensen, who described his move to west London as a ‘dream come true’ signed a whopping seven-year contract.

But he has featured just 28 times for Chelsea and was the club’s cup goalkeeper last season.

Just 18 months into his lengthy deal, the 23-year-old is considering a move in a bid to secure first team football.
