Former Toledo Storm forward Andrew Williamson, who won the ECHL MVP award in 2000, will be inducted into the Toledo Hockey Hall of Fame.

Williamson played in 250 games for the Storm over five seasons from 1997 to 2002.

A native of Thorold, Ontario, Williamson led the ECHL with an astonishing 102 points in just 63 games in the 1999-2000 season. He scored 63 goals and added 39 assists en route to winning the league’s MVP honors.

Williamson finished his career with 328 points, which ranks second in Toledo Storm history. His 190 goals also rank second in team history.

Williamson will be honored on the ice at the Huntington Center during a ceremony on Jan. 25 as part of the Walleye organization’s Hockey Heritage Weekend.
