ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Three people are in custody in relation to the shooting death of a teenager in St. Louis County.
On Halloween, the first suspect, a 16-year-old boy, was arrested and remanded to the custody of St. Louis County Family Court for second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon. On Wednesday, two other 16-year-olds were arrested and remanded to the custody of St. Louis Family Court for second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon and first-degree assault.
The three suspects are accused of killing 14-year-old D’Uwan Morgan, who was hit by a stray bullet while inside his home in the 10200 block of Hobkirk Drive around 6 p.m. on Oct. 8. Police said several people in the area were shooting at each other when Morgan was fatally struck.
