LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Christmas at Kentucky Kingdom is returning for its second year on Saturday, Nov. 22, bringing even more holiday magic and festive fun. The event transforms the amusement park into a glowing winter wonderland with more than 1.5 million lights, over 300 Christmas trees and holiday decor.

This year features first-time holiday operation of select rides, including the Giant Wheel, Cumberland Express, Redbird Racer and Scout’s Squirrel Race, all debuting for the 2025 season, according to a Kentucky Kingdom news release. Guests can race down Kentucky’s largest snow tubing hill and take in sweeping views from the Giant Wheel, all included with regular park admission, with eight new seasonal treats available for purchase.
