Adobe has announced plans to acquire Semrush, one of the world’s leading brand visibility and SEO intelligence platforms, in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $1.9 billion. The acquisition, approved by both companies’ boards, will see Adobe pay $12 per share — a nearly 77.5% premium over Semrush’s market price prior to the announcement.
