Leeds County OPP have charged a 17-year-old from Portland with impaired driving following a single-vehicle collision.
Just after midnight on Wednesday, an OPP officer was approached by a person reporting a single-vehicle crash where the driver was trapped inside.

At the scene, Leeds OPP was assisted by Leeds and Grenville Paramedic Services and Rideau Lakes Fire Department, and the driver was extricated from the vehicle, suffering only minor injuries.
Police say the driver provided breath samples and was well over the legal limit.
