YOUNGWOOD, Pa. —
A man is facing deportation after a Westmoreland County vape shop was raided for "illegal products."
Detectives with the Westmoreland County Detective Bureau, along with additional agents, executed a search warrant at Youngwood Tobacco and Vape on Wednesday. Advertisement
According to the Westmoreland County District Attorney, police seized over $100,000 in illegal products, including Delta 8, Delta 10, and THC-A.
THC-A can be sold in Pennsylvania as long as the THC level is below 0.3%.
Tony Marcocci, a detective with the Westmoreland District Attorney's Office, said tips from family members and local school resource officers led to the undercover operation. He alleged the shop was selling the products to minors.
