GRAND FORKS – North Dakota’s three federal delegates have added their voices to efforts to enhance air service at Grand Forks International Airport.
U.S. Sens. John Hoeven and Kevin Cramer, along with Rep. Julie Fedorchak, this week wrote a letter to the CEO of United Airlines, expressing support for additional air service at GFK, the three-letter code for the Grand Forks airport.
In it, they acknowledge ongoing efforts by Grand Forks city, development and business leaders to open additional routes of service to GFK, an initiative that has been underway since Mayor Brandon Bochenski convened his Air Service Task Force in October 2023.
