MONROVIA, Ala. - Residents in Monrovia are expressing frustration over inconsistent mail delivery, with some claiming they haven't received any mail since Nov. 7.
Nancy Hamilton, a homeowner on Shoalford Drive, said, "The last mail delivery was on the 7th of November, it was at 9 o'clock at night and we have had no mail since."
Hamilton, who has lived in the area for 36 years, is particularly concerned for her elderly neighbors who rely on mail for bills and important communications. "There's a lot of elderly out here, they're not getting their mail, they're not getting their bills, they don't know they have a bill because they're not on the computer, it could be disastrous to some of these people," Hamilton said.
Charles Jahnke, another resident, echoed these concerns. "I've got bills
