ALBANY - The woman , accused of running a prostitution business under the guise of a spa at a location in Rotterdam and elsewhere admitted to a federal charge in the case this week, records show.

Qingqin Xie, also known as Coco, a citizen of China, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a federal charge that she promoted, managed or established a business involving prostitution, according to her federal plea agreement.
