Central government pensioners can now submit their Digital Life Certificate (DLC), also known as the Jeevan Pramaan Patra, via Aadhaar-based facial authentication using a simple Android smartphone, significantly increasing access to the internet for senior citizens. Pensioners between the ages of 60 and 80 must complete their yearly life certificate by November 30, 2025, either at home or at a local bank or Common Service Centre.
