RAWLINS -- The Rawlins City Council named Tim Hofmann as its Community Builder Award winner for the month of October, while Kyle Rosentreter is the November awardee.
Tim Hofmann received the October 2025 Community Builder Award for his steady leadership and long-standing service throughout the community.
"Tim has spent three decades giving back to Rawlins in meaningful and practical ways. He has been a committed member of Kiwanis and United Way since 1996. He currently serves on the RNB State Bank Board of Directors, is vice president of the High Country Behavioral Health Board, president of the Rochelle Ranch Golf Course Advisory Board, and treasurer for Carbon County Economic Development.
